Running Global Agenda on laptop with ATI mobility radeon x1600 test - result: very bad- 6 to 8 FPS. However if you overclock the gpu and memory with atitool from its base 310mhz to 450/450 mhz you can get to 16-22 fps (or 28 in a dark corner).
